Course content: Environmental protection institutions. Environmental protection policy. Administrative and economic instruments in environmental management. Environmental capital and current expenditure. Effects of environmental investment undertaking. Methods of environmental investments efficiency assessment. Financing of environmental protection. Pricing of environmental value.

Learning outcomes
Learning outcomes: gaining knowledge about the environmental management system in Poland; acquire the skills to calculate charges of using environment, assess the effectiveness of environmental investments and economic analysis in environmental management
Assessment criteria
Lecture: written exam consists of 7 questions verifying individual learning outcomes. The maximum number of points to obtain is 15.

Exercises: the arithmetic average of:
- written test - charges for the use of the environment, the effectiveness of environmental investments, allocation methods for emissions,
