Fundamentals of Automatic ControlEngineering 2 F05027
Course content:
Introduction to recording techniques and processing of measuring data in the Laboratory of Fundamentals of Control Engineering.Static and dynamic characteristics of plant simple models.
Experiments on identification of simple process systems. Examples of identification of controlled processes using step response testing (temperature, position, illumination etc).
Investigating the effect of the gain in open-loop systems on the properties of closed-loop systems by means of proportional controller.
Experiments related to the tuning rules of PID controller based on: Reaction Curve and Continuous Cycling Methods.
Experimental analysis and design of relay (on-off) control systems.
Learning outcomes:
Competence of using empirical methods to the analysis and synthesis of control systems.
