Reliability of Electrical Equipment and Installations ES1A611253
Course content:
Main definitions in reliability. Reliability indices. Failures in electrical equipment. External conditions and load influences in electrical equipment and installations operation. Statistical models of reliability of electrical equipment. Elements and system of the elements arrangements in reliability studies of electrical equipment. Analysis of the information on reliability of electrical equipment and installations. Mathematical modeling in reliability studies of electrical equipment. Economical aspects in reliability. Standardization in reliability. Application of specialized software for the task of reliability analysis of electrical equipment and installations.
Learning outcomes:
Knowledge of mathematical approach for reliability modeling and analysis of electrical equipment and installations. Familarization with specialized computer software applied to reliability modelling.
