Learning outcomes

Students who pass the subject:
- understand oral statements on familiar issues, including those containing basic terminology in the students' field of study,
- understand texts on various contemporary issues, including those containing basic terminology in the students' field of study,
- can actively participate in discussions on familiar topics,
- can summarise a selected type of text.

Assessment criteria

Evaluation based on tests, oral and written homework assignments, class discussions
