Learning outcomes
Students has extended knowledge of currently used materials road, student has extended knowledge about the development trends in the production technology of road materials, student knows how to design, evaluate the functional properties and technical parameters of asphalt mixtures and cement concrete, student knows in detail the technology of building layers road pavements structures.
Assessment criteria
Lecture - written assessment:
Written exam consists of 4 questions. Questions are rated by the teacher on a scale 2,0-3,0-3,5-4,0-4,5-5,0. A necessary condition for passing the exam is to assess the minimum 3.0 with any questions. Final assessment: 3.0 (from 12 to 13 points.), 3.5 (from 13.5 to 14.5 points.), 4.0 (from 15 to 16 points), 4.5 (from 16.5 to 18pkt.), 5.0 (from 18.5 to 20 points).
The exam must be passed without the use of materials and assistance and without communicating with other people. The exam takes about 60 minutes.
In the case of individual classes or consultation meetings, the student presents a study (project) on the issues of technology for the construction of road infrastructure.
